Architectural Technician

Location: Gloucester

Salary expectations: £30,000 - £40,000 - dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join a dynamic and thriving Practice in Gloucester. My client have over 35 years of providing cutting edge, sustainable and creative designs in a range of sectors including hospitality, education and healthcare. This award-winning Practice heave earnt themselves a great reputation and cultivated long lasting relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be joining a talented and friendly team, bringing with them a passion for creating sustainable architectural designs, strong technical capabilities including being confident user of ArchiCAD or Vectorworks.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Substantial post qualification experience
  • Experience in healthcare or residential sectors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of current Building regulations and requirements
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
  • Proactive approach to work and continued professional development
  • Strong technical capabilities
  • Work well within a team environment
