Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for a talented Architectural Technician to join a successful Architectural and Interior Design Practice in Southend-On-Sea. Having been established for over 20 years they deliver expert designs across the residential, hospitality and industrial sectors and have a positive outlook on future projects. This dynamic and close-knit practice have an excellent reputation and are keen to grow their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to become an essential member of a growing team.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent technical and design abilities, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and the Adobe Suite as well as living locally to the area.
Responsibilities, experience, and skills for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
- Confident user of AutoCAD, Sketch up and the Adobe suite
- Live locally to the area
- Hold a degree or HNC/HND in Architectural related subject
- Good technical and design knowledge
- Comprehensive awareness of UK building regulations and Planning policies
- Own mode of transportation would be advantageous
- Experience with feasibility, tender and construction drawings
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great team work skills and be able to work independently
- Keen to continue own development
