Salary: £28-38,000 Dependant on experience

I'm pleased to be supporting a long-standing client in an exciting new appointment for their technical team in Exeter. The practice are well-established and specialise in a diverse range of services for the rural property sector. Some of their recent work has included barn conversions, homes, dwellings, and agricultural projects.

It would be essential to have sufficient UK based experience and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD. Your portfolio should boast strong technical capabilities.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

• Architectural Technology degree or relevant HNC/ HND.
• Relevant project experience would be desirable.
• AutoCAD skills would be essential.
• Dependant on level, run projects or support in the running of projects.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Able to complete work to a high standard both individually and as a team.
• Living locally to Exeter or within a commutable distance.
• Good time management and organisation skills.
