Location: Stratford Upon Avon

Salary: £25-28,000 Dependant on experience

I am pleased to be supporting a design-led chartered architectural practice based in Stratford Upon Avon, who are now seeking a talented Architectural Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. My client work across a diverse range of sectors, with some of their more recent work covering the Residential, Leisure, Commercial and Education sectors.

The ideal candidate will already have a couple of years industry experience and be experienced in the use of Revit. Both Part 1 and 2 Architectural Assistants will be considered with this experience.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA recognised Part 1 and Part 2 degree- dependant on what level you are.
  • Industry experience would be essential- we would expect at least a couple of years.
  • Strong design and technical skills boasted throughout your portfolio.
  • Living locally to Stratford Upon Avon or within a commutable distance.
  • Relevant project experience would be beneficial.
  • Revit experience would be essential to succeed in the role.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written.
