Salary: £30-40,000

My client is award-winning and well-established, and they predominantly cover the Commercial and Commercial Leisure sectors, with their more recent project work has included Cinemas, Golf and Spa resorts and Holiday Parks.

The practice are going through a period of growth and now require an experienced Architect to join the team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have several years UK based experience post Part 3 and relevant project exposure. Newly Qualified Architects will also be considered.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered with several years post qualification experience.
  • Able to lead a small team and manage projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Strong communication skills- you will sometimes be responsible for leading client and team briefings and meetings.
  • Strong design skills demonstrated throughout your supporting portfolio.
  • Good organisation and time management skills when managing projects across all stages.
  • Living in Cheshire with your own mode of transport or within a commutable distance.
  • Relevant project experience would be essential to succeed in the role.
