He is an intelligent and articulate applicant who is keen to work on quality architectural projects where he can use his design and project running skills.

A unique chance has come up a niche architectural independent practice with a great design reputation who have won many awards. They have 11 staff members working on commissions ranging from £1m to £20m in hospitality, healthcare and commercial sectors.

Working closely alongside the studio director you will be playing a catalyst role running projects where responsibilities will include.

- Taking detailed client briefs

- Feasibility studies

- Project planning

- Attending client project meetings

- Concept design images

You will be a qualified RIBA Architect with 'project running' skills who can lead an internal team with competent client facing skills. You must be competent in coordinating work and managing consultants. Vectorworks experience is desirable although not essential.
