My client are currently seeking a talented Architect to join their team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge design solutions across multiple sectors, contributing their expertise to projects that shape communities and inspire future generations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered and ideally post Part 3 experience.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts tailored to specific project requirements.
• Boast design flare and strong technical abilities.
• Relevant project and sector experience.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews, effectively communicating design intent and responding to feedback.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
• A strong interest in the design of sustainable buildings.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD would be preferred, but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
