My client is a successful, award winning consultancy whose talented team is comprised of Planners, Surveyors and Architects utilising their extensive experience to deliver forward thinking designs across barn conversions, housing developments, extensions and new homes. This dynamic consultancy are keen to continue their growth with the addition of a passionate Architect to their friendly team in Exeter.

The Successful candidate will be a qualified Architect with excellent knowledge of current building regulations, strong AutoCAD and Sketch Up skills and experience working on residential projects.

On offer is a chance to work in a growing, dynamic and forward thinking practice, gaining experience across exciting projects and working in a multidisciplined team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Part Three Qualified
  • ARB registered
  • Good level of experience working on residential projects especially small to medium sized
  • Proficiency in Sketch Up and AutoCAD
  • Ideally knowledge of leisure, agriculture and commercial projects
  • Competent understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capable at working independently
  • Enthusiastic and driven approach to work
  • Keen to continue development
  • Good technical capabilities and boast design flare
