Architect

Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award-winning architectural practise based in Market Harborough, who are seeking an ambitious Architect to join their ever-growing team. Since establishing over 50 years ago, our client has developed a team of specialists, who offer a range of services assisting with projects from initial design rough to planning, building regulation's, contract management and completion. Their portfolio includes a variety of projects both in the UK and abroad, including Commercial, Residential, Retail and industrial, with project values varying up to 40 million.

Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary, ranging between £30,000 to £38,000 (depending on experience)
• 25 days holiday, rising with service
• Hybrid working, 2 days working from home (after probation)

Architect Position Overview

• Liaise with clients and other professionals
• Work on a range of exciting new build and refurbishment projects within the Commercial, Retail and Residential sector
• Use AutoCAD on a daily basis
• Working on RIBA stages 0-3
• Maintain and form good relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Carrying out site visits

Architect Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years industry experience
• Proficient working with AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
• Experience working on RIBA stages 0-3
• ARB registered
• Experience working within a wide range of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial.
