Location: Hampshire

Salary: £37000-£42000 (dependant on experience)

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Architect with an exceptional attention to detail to join an award winning, friendly team in Hampshire. There are over 100 team members across the UK, working on a wide range of exciting Residential and Commercial projects within the UK and overseas.

To be successful in this role, you must be an ARB registered Architect that has a keen interest in traditional architecture and experience in technical residential detailing. You should also feel confident in overseeing projects through all stages whilst also managing the finance side of projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Significant experience working as an ARB registered Architect
  • Understanding of UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Handling projects through all stages
  • Monitoring and implementing budgets and resources whilst reporting on profitability
  • Working as part of a team with clients, consultants and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Brilliant design and technical detailing abilities
  • Knowledge or ArchiCAD is desirable
