I am excited to be recruiting for a highly reputable, dyanmic practice which champions collaboration breathing life into old buildings by delivering beautifully crafted inspiring designs. They are specialists within the heritage and conservation sectors working on exciting, complex and unquie projects. My client is keen for a passionate Architect to join their friendly and talented team in Canterbury.

The successful candidate with have post Part Three qualification experience and a passion for historical projects. They will boast technical expertise and design flare being a confident user of AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Part three qualification and ARB registered
• Couple of years post qualification experience working as a project Architect
• You will have experience and a passion for working on historic buildings
• Thorough understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations
• Able to lead a team
• Technical expertise
• Strong awareness of listed building regulations
• Experience working across all RIBA stages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Revit and NBS (Chorus)
• Able to manage day to day running of projects and work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong design and drawing abilities
• Confident, driven and enthusiastic attitude
