Handling incoming Telephone Calls in a timely & professional manner. The team provides an OOH Service Callout function in accordance with MFSG requirements and policies. We provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, Complying with the requirements for a CAT II NSI Gold ARC Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with ARC management to establish team objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and action plans to achieve targets. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Mentor team members to foster their professional growth. Serve as a liaison between team members and management, conveying important information, feedback, and updates effectively. Address conflicts and challenges within the team promptly and diplomatically, striving to maintain a harmonious working environment. Manage team resources efficiently, including, equipment and headcount to optimize productivity. Encourage creativity and innovation within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation to change. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements to motivate. Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact team performance. Collaborate with other departments or teams to achieve common goals. Ensure team compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining ethical conduct and integrity in all operations. Ensure the ARC & facilities are kept clean and tidy during the shift. Who We're Looking ForIn addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Fire & Security employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team..... For this opportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer: Prior experience in working in an ARC function. Previous experience in a team leader position Willingness to work shift patterns that may often include unsociable hours. Shift patterns will typically amount to an average of 42 hours per week. Experience of working on computers including MS Office and Windows.
