Apprenticeship Compliance Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Degree Apprenticeship Compliance Manager for a high profile university in London. The ideal person will have experience in ILR and EFSA.
This is a great opportunity to make the role you own, whilst also improving and managing systems and data i.e. MIS, analysing data, pivot tables, and preparation of audits for Ofsted. You will have a keen eye detail and accuracy of information.
You will be part of the Professional Services - Apprenticeships Department reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships.
Key skills:
Must be IT Excel literate and analyse data
Pivot tables etc.
Knowledge of ESFA Funding
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
The Degree Apprenticeship Compliance Manager will lead on assurance activities for both ESFA and Ofsted audit, producing reports that highlight the level of compliance and any risks to funding. The Compliance Manager will develop new, and scale existing, standard operating procedures, ensure accurate and timely completion of the ILR return and maintain accurate evidence packs for all learners on-programme.
The role will sit within the central Degree Apprenticeship Team however the appointed individual will work closely with colleagues from central Professional Services Directorates, in-school student support officers and academic programme leads.
