Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint a Apprenticeship Coach. 

The main purpose of the role is visiting learners within their workplace using your vocational experience and knowledge to coach, assess and support them to achieve their Learner Mentor apprenticeship. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentation
  • Support, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor and review learners inline with the customers expectations
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines
  • Plan, prepare and deliver high quality and industry specific teaching and learning sessions
  • Carry out assessments in line with company, awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements
  • Support learners to achieve their full potential and provide advice and guidance as required
  • Build effective working relationships with other teams across the contract, including quality, business support and compliance and assurance
Qualifications/ Experience:
  • Maths and English – GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Relevant industry related qualification (minimum of level 3)
  • Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment
