Apprenticeship Coach - Learner Mentor
Tidworth based
£33,000
6 Month Contract

Pertemps are delighted to be working with a major client in the Tidworth area. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will be responsible to deliver, monitor and sample in order to prove competency in a learner for the Level 3 Learning Mentor qualification. You will also need to administer documentation and carry out observations in order for the learner to achieve the full qualifications as laid down in the relevant Apprenticeship Framework/Standards.

Duties of the Apprenticeship Coach
  • Deliver outstanding teaching and learning sessions to groups in classrooms and through online platforms.
  • Work with learners on all aspects of their apprenticeship in Learning Mentor and support the learner with preparation for end-point assessment.
  • Provide support and mentoring to apprentices.
  • Conduct regular feedback reviews for learners and their line managers.
  • To ensure that the whole assessment process is followed and that Apprentice portfolios are complete and up to date.
  • To ensure that all the compliance and process requirements relevant to your role as funding partners are met in full.
  • Remain up to date with any changes with the standard, qualification, and assessment processes.

Requirements of the Apprenticeship Coach
  • Industry related qualifications/vocational experience
  • Assessor/CAVA award is desirable
  • Recognised Teaching award is desirable
  • Good Understanding of work based learning programmes.
  • Clear proactive approach to planning in order to achieve results
  • Encourages and supports others to give their best, understands how different people are motivated and acts accordingly
