The role involves coaching, assessing, and supporting learners in achieving their Learner Mentor apprenticeship. Responsibilities include managing a diary to meet Key Performance Indicators, providing guidance on portfolio building, tracking learner progress, delivering teaching sessions, conducting assessments, and offering feedback. Additionally, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting continuous professional development, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting the overall contract objectives are essential aspects of the role.

THE ROLE:
* Manage and maintain a personal schedule to meet Key Performance Indicators, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation and scheduled visits.
* Provide comprehensive support, motivation, and coaching to learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship program while adhering to organizational and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor learner progress, deliver high-quality teaching sessions, conduct assessments, and offer constructive feedback to support learners in achieving their goals and preparing for assessments.

* Equivalent of level 3 relevant qualification
* Based local to Tidworth
