Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £15,000- £21,911.40 per annum - Dependant on age

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

1 day a week study day

The Apprenticeship offered is the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.

Post Recruitment are recruiting for Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join an extremely successful business based in Morley

Objectives

  • Proactively Calling new and existing customers
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Processing of customer purchases/quotations
  • Providing excellent customer service, both over the phone and via email
  • Successfully forming relationships with colleagues both within branch and warehouse
  • Sales administration
  • Customer query resolution
  • A passion to learn about products and to keep up to date with new products entering the market

The Person:

  • English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to interact with customers and colleagues both
  • face to face and via the phone/email
  • The ability to follow instruction
  • The want to take on new roles and challenges
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage own workload
  • Understanding that the customer is the most important element to working within branch
