Your next opportunity:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting an AP Assistant for our client in Newcastle.  This role is permanent, full times and offers hybrid working.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Processing expense claim forms
  • Processing company credit cards
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Running & analysing weekly aged creditor reports
  • Assisting with weekly purchase ledger pay runs
  • Month end balance sheet recs


As the ideal candidate:
  • Able to work full time hours Monday - Friday
  • This role requires strong Excel skills
  • Be able to demonstrate demonstrate a good background in AP and a finance environment.
