4Recruitment Services are seeking  an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to work for a housing association based in Bedfordshire.

The client will only consider candidates who  are:

  • An experienced ASB Officer
  • confident in taking ASB cases from medium to high risk ASB, legal action, domestic abuse
  • have an understanding of 2014 ASB legislation.

You  will be required  to:

  • To provide a dynamic, proactive and people-focused service for investigating, resolving and preventing instances of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across the clients housing Services managed areas.
  • Manage a workload of ASB cases, including: supporting complainants, completing risk assessments, investigating allegations thoroughly, taking robust and appropriate action to resolve/conclude the issues Investigate allegations of residents abusing or assaulting staff and/or contractors.
  • Carry out interviews with complainants, witnesses and alleged perpetrators of ASB both in our offices, in the resident's home or a neutral place.
  • Ensure comprehensive records are accurate and up to date for all cases.
  • Take appropriate enforcement action (including mediation, injunctions & possession action) against perpetrators of ASB, ensuring the safety and security of victims/complainants is at the centre of all our work.
