Isio are seeking a dedicated and proficient Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Administrator. The selected candidate will take the lead in the efficient administration and monitoring of systems designed to mitigate potential money laundering activities, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and business policies.

This role can be based in any of our city centre regional offices with a hybrid workstyle.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and conduct thorough monitoring of all business transactions to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
  • Implement AML policies and procedures throughout the company, ensuring all business units' adherence.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support within the risk team facilitating effective identification, examination, and reporting of suspicious activity.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of AML training programs to enhance employees' understanding of AML laws, regulations, and the company's policies.
  • Regularly update AML compliance databases and perform periodical compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for addressing AML deficiencies and non-compliant situations.
  • Participate actively in AML risk assessments and recommend changes to AML policies according to business operations or regulatory changes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working in AML Compliance or similar role preferably within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of the UK's AML regulations and financial services industry.
  • Exceptional administrative, organisational, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on producing reports using Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to liaise effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • Ability to work within set timelines, demonstrating high level of initiative and adaptability.
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain regulatory policies and procedures.
