Analyst - Corporate Banking / Debt Finance

Title: Analyst / Snr. Analyst

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits

Future_find is currently mandated on a retained search to source a Senior Analyst to support the origination efforts of a growing cashflow lending team, that sits within a entrepreneurial funder.

Our client funds major business events to aid growth such as; Acquisitions, Management buy-outs, Private Equity buy-outs, refinancing, through a combination of cashflow, leveraged and asset-based loans. The team covers a variety of UK sectors, supporting ambitious SME and Mid-Market businesses to take their next step.

We are keen to engage with professionals who have worked in any of the following environments:

• Corporate Banking
• Debt / Credit Funds
• Investment Analysis
• Debt Advisory

The position will focus mainly on supporting key Senior deal-originators with structuring and modelling assistance, there will be extensive exposure to opportunities for technical development, as well as the client-facing and internal stakeholder management skills that come with working in a dynamic and streamlined team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models.
• Industry knowledge and solid understanding of lending practices and credit process.
• Ability to support ongoing relationships with key introducers, intermediaries and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the full end-to-end credit process, including; due diligence, financial modelling, writing of credit papers, presenting to credit committees.
• Transaction experience (lending, investment or advisory) across; Structured Debt, Leveraged Debt, MBOs, LBOs, Acquisition Financing, Asset Based Lending.
