Key Responsibilities:
· Play an active role in Compliance Team meetings, embodying and promoting leadership model's values.
· Execute day-to-day customer due diligence (CDD) and KYC processes, including due diligence on suppliers.
· Conduct thorough searches using World-Check, FORCES, and media outlets.
· Collaborate with the Deputy MLRO on escalated transactions and perform necessary research and documentation.
· Facilitate communication between Sales teams, LOD1, and the Risk team to gather and analyse KYC/CDD information.
· Lead CDD Reviews in line with our AML Risk rating and policy, ensuring meticulous documentation and maintenance of the PEP register.
· Conduct Periodic Reviews on current clients and deputize for the Deputy MLRO as needed.
· Champion the training and development of new or junior team members and provide support across departments.
What We're Looking For:
· 2-3 years of AML experience preferred.
· Proficiency in AlfaKYC Platform, World-Check, FORCES, and FCCR.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· A strong sense of integrity, with a commitment to treating customers fairly.
· Proven ability to work methodically with keen attention to detail.
· Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
· A proactive, flexible approach to work, and a willingness to learn and embrace new ideas.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated experience in AML compliance, preferably within the financial sector.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and proficient in internet research.
