My client is a very successful well established two branch family run company in the Basildon area . I have been asked by the MD who in his own words is "well over retirement age" and he is now looking for me to find him that amazing someone over time to help to fill his big shoes.
This position will eventually "centre on" improving the companies social media presence, and company image , getting involved with new business development and general running of his empire eventually in his absence with John a sleeping partner.
Initially you will be "making your mark" either conducting property valuations, listing properties and handling house sales. Or you will be dealing with lettings and property management matters / landlord and tenant issues and reference applications managing guiding and overseeing your small team.
If you would like to be considered for this "one off" progressive career opportunity then please drop me an email with your updated Word cv and all enquiries will be answered within twenty four hours of their receipt.
