Retail Media Manager (Amazon Ads) - Global Agency - £40,000 - £45,000

Global Network Agency based in London, serves as the central team supporting their 250 offices across 95 countries, with a workforce of over 8,000. Their team specialise in communications planning, digital innovation, and client leadership, collaborating seamlessly to support industry leaders.

Flexible working policy: 3 days per week in the office. 6 weeks work from anywhere in the world per year.

The Role:

  • Lead international team in strategic implementation of retail media campaigns, with a main focus on Amazon.
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of Amazon Advertising aligns with agency best practices and meets performance targets.
  • Clearly communicate key insights and retail industry opportunities, collaborating with channel teams.
  • Demonstrate outstanding performance and optimisation skills, including strong client and team management.
  • Mentor team members on eCommerce strategies and practices.
  • Report directly to the Account Director, aiming to be a leading figure within the team.
  • Enhance communication with local clients and uphold quality assurance processes.
  • Analyse industry trends, aligning strategies to improve client account performance and achieve eCommerce revenue growth.

You:

  • Proactive Retail Media Account Manager sought for key client accounts in dynamic online marketplaces.
  • Passion for retail and technology, with expertise in search and Amazon Advertising strategy.
  • Proficient in various digital media channels, attribution, conversion rate optimisation, and consumer behaviour.
  • Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Minimum 2 years of Amazon advertising experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working on large accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strategic and commercially minded, capable of setting goals and shaping innovation roadmaps.
  • Bonus if you have relevant certifications and experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP accounts, and understanding of retail readiness and inventory management.
