We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Alarm and CCTV Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our customers.

What can you bring to Banham?

Having recently worked within a similar role or as a Fire and Security engineer your knowledge of fire and security systems as well as CCTV alongside your exceptional customer service skills will enable you to bring:

  • Product knowledge to include but not limited to: 
    • Pyronix, HikVision, Comelit, Paxton, BPT, EMS, Kentec, HyFire, as well as a general technical knowledge of Alarms, CCTV, Fire, Access control and Entry systems.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Administrative and IT skills.
  • An ability to communicate with all levels from senior management to operational staff and engineers.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, organise and work under pressure.
  • Proactively learn new technologies and keep up to date with technical updates, new products, and solutions.
  • Able to follow procedures and processes in-order to follow Company objectives and instructions, particularly when it comes to customer data (GDPR) and protection of their security and the Company’s responsibilities.
  • To give technical support and guidance to all Banham group engineers.
  • Assisting with other departments or individuals with any queries they may have.
  • Assisting Customer Relations to investigate complaints.
  • Reporting any trends or issues relating to problems with equipment, engineers, suppliers, or other, to your manager and escalating to the Technical Director.
  • Assisting with any administration requirements needed for the department tasks to be completed on time.
