Air Testing Technician

My client offers approved inspector services and provides guidance on compliance with British building regulations, specialising in residential and commercial projects. They offer professional guidance throughout the development life cycle to ensure compliance and prevent adverse outcomes. Air testing plays a crucial role in the early design phases and can significantly impact project viability.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • Possession of a Full UK driving license.
  • Proficiency in keymodelling and IT software packages.
  • Valid Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accurately conducting tests, documenting results, and producing ATTMA short reports using an electronic system.
  • Conducting assessments following ATTMA standards for both TSL1 dwellings and TSL2 non-dwellings.
  • Flexibility to work independently or as part of a
  • Identifying defects from the assessments that are undertaken and offering remedial advice
  • Providing technically sound advice to clients and maintaining effective communication.
