Air Import Operator - Altrincham - £34,000 DOE 

You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, advocating for them internally and striving to deliver a best-in-class customer service experience. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end shipments, adhering to agreed execution standards and customer-specific requirements.

This role offers you the opportunity to drive business growth by identifying and executing upselling opportunities, all while fostering strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

If you have a 3 years' experience in the industry as an Air Import Operator , coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, I would love to hear from you.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience and build strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments and standard adherence
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities to drive business growth
Preferred Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within the industry
  • Experience with operations systems and end-to-end process knowledge in Air IMPORTS is a MUST!!!
  • Excellent composure and perseverance
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Effective communication skills
