Air Conditioning Service Engineer

About the Position: As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include extensive travel across Hertfordshire, north London, Essex, up to Cambridge  and occasionally nationally. You’ll visit client sites to install, service, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

You will be supplied with a Renault Traffic Van, no later that a 69 plate, 20 day holiday rising to 25, good training on new technologies as when needed.  pension, progression and the chance to work for a Mindful, positive company.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Participation in the ‘On-Call’ system to provide 24-hour breakdown cover for our valued customers.

Encouragement and mentorship of trainees and junior engineers.

Completion of company documents, including job cards, time sheets, and maintenance reports.

Providing constructive feedback to company management.

Upholding a high standard of workmanship.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

City & Guilds certification or equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
