Agriculture Worker

South Kent

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

£11.44 per hour

Are you enthusiastic about working in a hands-on role?

Do you want to be working outside in the fresh air?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for all aspects of agriculture to work with a reputable company award winning within their industry, and really puts time, effort, and training into their employees.  

Duties include:

  • Working outdoors using a range of handheld garden tools and equipment.
  • Preparing a wide range of agricultural plants ready for the next growth stages.
  • Order picking according to supervisory direction.
  • Carefully loading and unloading orders through the site.
  • Working across a range of different sectors within the company
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Adaptable skills to work across a range of different roles within the organisation.
  • Able to carefully handle delicate products.
  • Experience in a heavy lifting environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Hard working attitude.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
