Agricultural Solicitor

My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Agricultural Solicitor join their Farming & Rural team.

Now Powered by a larger group, their trusted local brand with a loyal client base is growing and the roles are based across offices in Kendal, Windermere, J36 Rural Auction Centre, in beautiful South Cumbria.

Opportunities are for lawyers to join the Farming & Rural* team in the Rural Law Practice branch based in Kendal.

We’d love to hear from you if you are qualified via all routes to law and have at least 24 months experience. (*Retrain opportunity for those with a strong property background).

• Specialising in agricultural property transactions and disputes.
• As a successful candidate, you will have the chance to work on high-profile cases and make a real impact in the agricultural sector.
• Beneficial if you have a strong background in commercial property law, with a focus on agricultural land.
• You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience working with national farmers unions or similar organisations would be advantageous.
