Job Purpose:

As a Client Services Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting a vibrant Account Management team to support with seamless execution of live events projects from inception to delivery.

You'll be the liaison between our clients and internal teams, facilitating communication, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the event sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in stakeholder mapping for accounts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of key contacts.
  • Engage with clients to discuss new projects, preparing follow-ups such as proposals and initial budget guidance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of client retention strategies.
  • Assist in shaping new business strategy initiatives and participating in marketing campaigns.
  • Aid in the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and conduct follow-ups post-event for feedback and future planning.
  • Support client business reviews by gathering feedback and organizing relevant account data.
  • Prepare and present client feedback and case studies both internally and externally.
  • Take the lead in project handover with the Operations team, ensuring clear briefings and prompt responses for clients.
  • Assist in preparing initial budgets and Statements of Work (SOWs) as guided by senior Account Leads.
  • Maintain and update Job Logs and Project Management Gross Margin targets under the direction of senior Account Leads.
  • Post Event Reporting & Case Studies:
  • Evaluate post-event reports and craft client presentations within agreed deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop post-event case studies as necessary.
  • Record timesheet activity on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure adherence to client and company brand guidelines, SLAs, privacy, and security protocols, including GDPR regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and teams to ensure efficient project delivery, including occasional on-site travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in client services, account management, or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and compliance.
  • Willingness to travel on-site as required.
