About the role
Your mission should you accept it is to help vulnerable people achieve their potential?
As an agency children's support worker , you will be supporting both children with a variety needs. These may include, learning disabilities, mental health, alcohol and drug misuse, challenging behavior. However, we will only pair you with suitably matched providers based on your experience and desired opportunities.

What vulnerable people need from you
· Assist with daily routines.
· Attending doctors' appointments, collection of medication and guidance throughout.
· Taking a vulnerable person food shopping, clothes shopping, attending events or local community groups/school.
· Helping with preparation of meals and assisting around the home with washing, cleaning and / or ironing.
· Providing companionship. Being a friend and somebody that a vulnerable person can rely on.

Before your first day on the job...
