About the role

Your mission should you accept it is to help vulnerable people achieve their potential?

As an agency support worker , you will be supporting both adults and elderly with a variety of complex needs. These may include, learning disabilities, mental health, alcohol and drug misuse, brain injury, challenging behavior and assisting with personal care. . However, we will only pair you with suitably matched providers based on your experience and desired opportunities.

What vulnerable people need from you

· Assisting with personal care including helping to get in and out of bed, washing, showering, and dressing.

· Assist with daily routines.

· Attending doctors' appointments, collection of medication and guidance throughout.

· Taking a vulnerable person food shopping, clothes shopping, attending events or local community groups.

· Helping with preparation of meals and assisting around the home with washing, cleaning and / or ironing.

· Providing companionship. Being a friend and somebody that a vulnerable person can rely on.

Before your first day on the job...
