Role: Aftersales Manager

Location: Stockport

Salary: £45-50k plus car plus OTE £60-70K+

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy main car dealership. As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the aftersales department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and achieving revenue targets.

What will you be doing:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximise service department profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Manage scheduling and workflow to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime.

- Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures.

- Monitor and analyse department performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.

- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What we need from you:

- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Solid understanding of automotive service operations, including technical aspects.

- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets and objectives.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
