Are you an Aftersales Manager with a franchise background looking for a new challenge within a well-established automotive group who have multiple sites, offer manufacturers training, and the ability to earn more through monthly bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a longstanding Dealership established over 50 years ago, you will be operating across 2 sites, the business are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an individual to help continue their success and boost their sales across 2 sites.

This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, managing staff and customers, updating MOT and service scheduling, arrange for work-in-progress to be completed, invoicing, driving performance In the aftersales department as well as ensuring the workshop is maximized to its full potential.

This role would suit someone with a franchised dealer background looking for a new challenge within a longstanding company who prioritise your training, give you the ability to progress and boosting your earnings with commission.

The Role:

• Lead the entire Aftersales Team, overseeing Parts, Service, and Workshop Teams.
• Manage recruitment and training efforts within the department.
• Drive performance beyond targets/KPIs and uphold Brand Standards.
• Establish objectives to enhance profitability and Service Department performance.
• Optimize workshop efficiency and productivity rates.
• Create service department plans and budgets to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Uphold financial and operational controls within the department.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs promptly and accurately.
• Ensure proper adherence to warranty procedures and prompt recovery of funds.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolutions.
