Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a rapidly growing tech based business within the Real Estate/ Conveyancing sector as they look to appoint a new Aftersales Director. Recognised as a top 100 growing business by the Sunday Times, they are driving significant change within the industry and have ambitious growth plans, which this role will be key to supporting. Reporting to the Owners / Founders, this key role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team

Description

• Lead the Real Estate Progression Department, overseeing a significant sales pipeline and ensuring the smooth progression of sales from agreement to completion
• Implement strategies to manage and progress a portfolio of around £200m and 300 units per year, meeting and exceeding set targets
• Work closely with global clients and investors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the sales process
• Ensure strict deadlines for the exchange of contracts and completions are met, coordinating effectively with internal teams, clients, and external parties
• Oversee the workflow and manage the completion processes of multiple real estate developments simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and high standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, solicitors, and financial advisors, to facilitate smooth transactions
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure the department operates at the forefront of the industry.

Profile

• Experience within a leadership role in the Real Estate / Property / Conveyancing Sector
• Understanding of UK real-estate market including legal requirements
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems
• Adaptable to a fast paced business and sector
