Our Client in the Kings Lynn area is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Aftersales Controller to join their busy Automotive Service Department. The role incorporates all aspects of Aftersales, including Service Advisor, Workshop Controller and a small amount of Parts. Our client is a well-established and highly regarded business. They strive to provide excellent service in terms of quality of their work and customer care.

The successful Vehicle Aftersales Controller will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team. Your duties will include responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs, ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.

You will also be expected to control the workshop of 4 Technicians, attending to the workshop and ensuring all work is distributed equally and completed in a timely manner. It is essential that the chosen applicant has a minimum of 12 months motor trade experience.
