Aftercare Officer
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Aftercare Officer for a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent role, paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required roughly two times per week. Site attendance will also be required.
The role:
- To support Sales and Development Team in delivering excellent after care services within Development Programme, through effective management of the defects process with Contractors.
- To provide excellent customer services to our customers by acting as the first point of contact for all queries and complaints regarding defects.
- To provide administrative and diagnostic support to the team to ensure all defects are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
- To identify key trends in defects to ensure continuous improvement by inputting into specification reviews.
- To lead on the implementation of a defects monitoring system & ensure smooth transition for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend site and meet residents from time to time to resolve defects
- Assist with the end of defects inspections with the Development Team
What you need:
- A proven track record of working within a new build customer care environment
- Driving Licence - Essential
- Experience of using Clixifix software - Desirable
