Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Aftercare Officer for a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent role, paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required roughly two times per week. Site attendance will also be required.

The role:

  • To support Sales and Development Team in delivering excellent after care services within Development Programme, through effective management of the defects process with Contractors.
  • To provide excellent customer services to our customers by acting as the first point of contact for all queries and complaints regarding defects. 
  • To provide administrative and diagnostic support to the team to ensure all defects are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • To identify key trends in defects to ensure continuous improvement by inputting into specification reviews.  
  • To lead on the implementation of a defects monitoring system & ensure smooth transition for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Attend site and meet residents from time to time to resolve defects
  • Assist with the end of defects inspections with the Development Team

What you need:

  • A proven track record of working within a new build customer care environment
  • Driving Licence - Essential
  • Experience of using Clixifix software - Desirable
