Title: Affiliates & Partnership Manager

Job Type: Full Time - Office based role - (chance to go hybrid after probation)

Hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm)

Location: Blackburn

An award winning leading provider of car warranty for over 20 years are seeking an Affiliates and Partnership Manager to join an established and growing marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate program management
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Relationship building
  • Performance analysis
  • Commission structure management
  • Policy enforcement
  • Creative collateral development
  • Communication and training
  • Technology integration
  • Reporting and analytics

Ideal Candidate:

  • Affiliates (1 year preferred)
  • Partnerships (1 year preferred)
  • GCSE's - Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Package:

  • Salary circa £35,000 (D.O.E)
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Increases to 22 days holiday after 5 years of service.
  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 10 years of service.
