Service: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent Care Location: Redhill

Rate: £40-£55 per hour (paid Ltd or as sole trader, increased rates over Bank Holidays)

Client Overview: Join our esteemed client, a leading provider of out-of-hours (OOH) services catering to patients across Surrey. Embrace a dynamic health care environment where ANPs and ECPs lead the way, supported by expert GPs. Our services are strategically positioned adjacent to NHS Emergency Departments, ensuring seamless referral pathways for comprehensive patient care.

Service and Role:

• Lead clinical decision-making as an ANP / ECP, delivering urgent care services with precision using the Adastra system.

• Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, with opportunities for home visits and telehealth consultations.

• Embrace varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, to provide care during both in-hours and predominantly out-of-hours.

• Collaborate with a diverse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to optimise patient treatment strategies.

• Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases, ensuring timely interventions for patient well-being.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).

• Possess NMP qualification, along with training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.

• Hold a recent DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.

• Maintain up-to-date mandatory training, registrations, and immunisations.
