Adult Social Worker

Team: Adult Central Team

Location: Doncaster

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: On going

Hours: 37 and HYBRID WORKING

Rate: £32 per hour

An Adults Social Worker is required for the Adult Central Team in Doncaster.

We are looking for a full time qualified experienced social workers to work in the adult central team, 2 days a week in Civic office undertaking duty function and also undertaking Care Act assessments and reviews in the community. Hybrid working available.

Ashberry Recruitment would ask that applicants meet the following:

  • DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
  • Social Work England registration
  • Post qualification experience
  • Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
  • One year minimum post qualified experience in Adult’s Social Work
  • Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups.
  • Possess knowledge of service needs.
  • Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
  • Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
