Job Title: Adults SC - Care Manager - Assessment and Care Management
Location: Bromley
Salary / Pay Rate: £30 per hour umbrella
Job Type: Contract (3 months+)

The Role

• Ensuring the ethos of wellbeing is adhered to when working with vulnerable adults and their carers.
• Participate in the operation of duty and respond accordingly to need, which will involve Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) when required.
• Provide an assessment service to individuals, their carers and other agencies in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteria

The Candidate

• 2 years+ Post ASYE experience
• Proven experience carrying out Care Assessments in the Adult Social Care sector.
• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
