Our Client, Liverpool City Council, is seeking an Adults Advanced Practitioner to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Professional supervision of Social Workers and Care Navigators. Day to day operations including - case management, case advice, guidance and discussions, chairing strategy meetings, supporting s42 enquiries, case allocations and working closely with the Team Manager to ensure effective and safe care and support to all individuals and staff.
  • Candidate will have undertaken relevant post qualification awards and have supervisory/management experience.

Requirements of this role:

  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have minimum 2 years post qualified experience.
