Job Description:
As an Adult Safeguarding Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in identifying and responding to concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation among adults. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will assess risks,
Develop intervention plans, and provide support to individuals in need. Your work will be guided by principles of empowerment, dignity, and respect for autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of vulnerable adults to determine their safeguarding needs.
Collaborating with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and community organizations, to ensure coordinated support and intervention.
Advocating for the rights and choices of adults at risk, while balancing concerns for their safety and well-being.
Providing crisis intervention and emotional support to individuals experiencing abuse or neglect.
Documenting cases accurately and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Participating in training and continuous professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in adult safeguarding practice.

Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Social Work England registration as a qualified social worker.
Experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults.
Good knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
