Admissions Manager

We are seeking an Admissions Manager to oversee the admissions process for our academic programs. The successful candidate will manage applications, offers, and student visa processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students. This role requires a deep understanding of the UK and international education environment, as well as UKVI regulations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring procedures are up-to-date and fit for purpose.
  • Advise on the eligibility and equivalences of UK and international qualifications.
  • Manage UCAS applications and monitor CRM for applicant suitability.
  • Schedule online tests and interviews, and liaise with student selection panels.
  • Coordinate with recruitment managers to ensure effective post-offer communication.
  • Prepare and distribute key communications such as offer letters and joining instructions.
  • Oversee international student admissions, including CAS documentation and visa tracking.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Senior Management Team and update website information in compliance with CMA requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, with evidence of relevant CPD.
  • Experience in the UK and international education environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the applicant journey and decision-making skills.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of UKVI regulations and CMA requirements for HE and UCAS .
  • Excellent IT skills, including CRM and other HE systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to project offer numbers to meet targets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
