We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our fantastic client’s dynamic Property Management team, based in Newcastle.

Primary Objectives:

  • Provide essential support to the Property Management team in their day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to uphold high service standards.
  • Handle invoice processing, utility bills, and general business administration tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant repairs and coordinate necessary works.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks to satisfaction.
  • Address daily queries from clients and tenants.
  • Assist the Property Management team in maintaining compliance standards.
  • Manage meetings and diaries efficiently.

As the Successful Candidate, You Will:

  • Have previous administrative experience, preferably in a property environment (though not essential).
  • Demonstrate articulate communication skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload effectively.
  • Remain composed under pressure and maintain professionalism in client and colleague interactions.
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Be self-motivated, with a proactive mindset focused on outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels and across various locations to ensure seamless client service.
