Do you have previous administration experience? Are you local to St Albans? Would you like to work for a dynamic and growing business?

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the St Albans area, they are looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team. This position would suit someone who has previous administration experience, someone who is keen to work as part of a good team environment, and wants to be part of a growing team.

Salary - £25,000
Hours - Monday - Friday

Some of the duties will include:

  • General administration duties
  • Uploading, monitoring and tracking databases
  • Preparing reports for external suppliers
  • Raise and maintain purchase orders
  • Tracking payment requests
  • Assisting with monthly finance reporting
  • Tracking orders
  • Working well as part of the team

  • Previous administration experience

  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Happy to be based in the office
