Administrator – Cheshire East

£14.87 per hour - Umbrella

Contract – Full Time

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To provide support across the Special Educational Needs and Disability Service
  • To maintain an up to date knowledge of policy and procedures within the service areas of SEN & disability in order to advise:
    • schools,
    • early years settings
    • post 16 providers
    • Parents
    • Young people
    • other stakeholders
  • To be a first point of contact for schools and parents with enquiries relating to the service area and to respond appropriately
  • To support managers in the organisation of meetings, including the distribution of related information, taking minutes and following up actions.
  • To respond to enquiries and requests for information from internal and external sources in a timely and responsive manner, with regard to data protection procedures
  • To undertake a range of administrative and financial duties including reports and schedules, word processing and IT based tasks.
