Adecco is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including handling phone inquiries, managing databases, and assisting with ad-hoc duties. If you have excellent organisational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Salary: 23-25k per annum

Office based, Liverpool area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and customer inquiries, providing assistance or referring to relevant team members as needed.
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Manage the ordering and booking of goods, as well as processing supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Assist with the preparation of tenders and provide general support to all departments as required.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel to organise and analyse data effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills in all aspects of the role.
  • Manage time efficiently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
