  • Working Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day)

We are seeking a part-time Administrator to provide immediate support to our office in Theale for the next 6 weeks. The role involves assisting the line manager with various administrative tasks, requiring a candidate with excellent attention to detail and proven administrative skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Generate daily sales reports by downloading data from the distributor’s portal and transferring it into Excel.
  • Update daily and weekly reports for all products and follow up on any items that require attention.
  • Upon delivery, update the Supply Chain Control Forms.
  • Complete Quality Returns, Destruction Notes, and Return forms.
  • Monthly, update the reconciliation spreadsheet with sales figures and remaining stock levels to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the line manager and team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Competent in managing and organising administrative tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Immediate availability for at least the next 6 weeks.
